Delete Your Sovereign Account

Request Account & Data Deletion
To permanently delete your Sovereign account and all associated data, send an email to the address below with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation when complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account credentials and profile
- All session recordings (video and audio)
- Session transcripts
- Usage history and session counts
- Subscription and payment records linked to your account
What Is Retained
We may retain the following for a limited period after deletion:
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
- Records required by law or for fraud prevention (retained per applicable legal requirements)
